The 9" i209-WRA is Alpine engineered for the Jeep Wrangler JK. The i209-WRA comes with a stunning rugged dash bezel that houses the oversized 9" screen and provides a matching fit and finish to your Wrangler, as if it came that way from the factory. The big crystal buttons for music and smartphone navigation sources are backlit to match the color of your Wrangler’s factory gauges. The i209-WRA is mech-less (no CD/DVD slot) but still has plenty of entertainment options to keep your drive enjoyable.
Have you upgraded your Jeep Wrangler JK with accessories like a winch, light bar, and tire air compressor? No need to add switches that clutter your dash. Now you can conveniently control these accessories directly from the i209-WRA’s touchscreen! The KAC-001 Accessory Controller (sold separately) turns the i209-WRA into a hub to connect and control these accessories. Eight individual outputs are available to control eight relay-connected accessories, and the accessories can be configured as Pulsed, Latched or Momentary Outputs. Preloaded graphical icons can be assigned to each accessory for quick identification on the screen.
In line with previous generations, the i209-WRA continues to offer the largest and only 9" touchscreen radio replacement for the 2011-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK in the U.S. A handy interface allows for simple swipe action control: Left, Down, Up. You are just one swipe away from the most commonly accessed features: Swipe to the Left to access the Audio and Video commands Swipe Down to access the adjustment settings to the Audio system or Rear Seat Entertainment system (sold separately) Swipe Up to access Bluetooth and Source Selection.
The i209-WRA comes with one camera input that can be assigned as a front or rear camera. Add the HCE-TCAM1-WRA Rear View Camera and Light System for style and another set of eyes for the rear. Choose a front and side camera with various views like ground view, wide-angle views to see past your Wrangler and multi-angle views to see two images on the screen. Adding a front camera to your JK is also helpful to maneuver around obstacles on trails. If your Wrangler has multiple camera systems, the KCX-C250MC Multi-Camera Selector (sold separately) allows them to be easily controlled right from the i209-WRA’s 9" touchscreen. The names of the connected camera systems appear on the main screen, so simply select the camera system you want to use. You can then choose the viewing option from that camera to be displayed on the screen.
