Choose one or the other based on your installation skill level, power choice, or budget. Plug-n-play extension power cables, should you need them, allow a DIYer to easily complete this installation.
The included key fob and remote control work both inside and outside of the vehicle using the same RF frequency, allowing you to use multiple Daytona Lights™ DL-RGBK series kits with one controller. There is no smartphone app to download and the simplicity of this kit is ideal for users who want an easy on/off remote control to operate their RGB lights.
The controller has a music mode with an integrated microphone that will detect the ambient music and pulse the lights accordingly.
An optional brake function turns the LED lights red when the brake lights are activated for extra visibility. This option requires a hardwire connection to the 12volt wire of the brake light switch, located at the foot pedal or light. (This feature may require an intermediate level of installation knowledge).
