- • Will this dual 12-inch Stealthbox fit my Ram truck if it has reclining rear seats?
No. The "CCF" indicates it is molded strictly for 1500 Crew Cab models with a fixed (non-reclining) rear seat. For trucks with reclining rear seats, you must use the 10-inch "CCR" version.
- • What extra Mopar parts do I need to buy if my truck has a factory under-seat storage tray?
You must completely remove the storage tray and purchase specific replacement factory seat bracket trim panels (Mopar parts 6ME47TX7AC and 6ME48TX7AC) so the floor area is flat.
- • Can I drop this exact under-seat enclosure into a Ram 2500 or 3500 Heavy Duty truck?
No. Despite sharing similar cab designs, the floor pans and under-seat clearance structures are completely different. This enclosure is strictly engineered for Ram 1500 Crew Cabs only.
- • What final wiring configuration load does this box present to an aftermarket amplifier?
The dual 12TW3-D8 subwoofers are internally pre-wired together in parallel. The box outputs to a single terminal block presenting a final 2-ohm mono load.

Modern factory Ram audio systems deploy aggressive bass roll-off at higher volumes. You must utilize an active integration module (like a PAC AmpPro) to bypass the factory equalization and feed your amp a clean signal.
- • How much continuous RMS amplifier power does this dual subwoofer setup require?
The enclosure features a combined continuous power handling rating of 800 watts RMS. A high-quality monoblock amplifier pushing 600 to 800 watts RMS at 2 ohms provides the perfect match.
- • Will installing this large enclosure block the fold-flat floor or rear legroom functionality?
No. The fiberglass shell is custom-molded to tuck completely underneath the rear seat cushions. Legroom remains untouched and the rear seats fold up and down exactly like stock.
