- • Why won't the soundbar turn on?
Check the power, ground, fuse, and battery connections for loose wiring. Verify that the unit receives proper 12V power.
- • Why is there no sound after powering it on?
Check that the correct audio source is selected and the volume is raised. Reconnect Bluetooth or test the AUX cable if needed.
- • Why won't my phone connect through Bluetooth?
Press the Bluetooth button to enter pairing mode, then select the soundbar on your phone. Move closer and disconnect other active devices if needed.
- • Why does Bluetooth keep disconnecting?
Keep your phone within the recommended Bluetooth range and reduce nearby interference. Clearing the pairing list can also resolve connection problems.
- • Why does the audio sound distorted?
Lower the volume if the speakers sound harsh or overdriven. Try another audio source to determine whether the problem is the signal.
- • Why isn't the wireless remote working?
Make sure the soundbar is powered on because the remote only works while powered. After a factory reset, re-pair the remote before using it.
- • Why won't multiple soundbars sync together?
Broadcasting mode requires audio to play through Bluetooth. AUX audio cannot be used for broadcasting between multiple units.
- • Why are synced soundbars playing at different volumes?
Newly synced units may have different volume levels. Lower the primary unit to zero to synchronize their volume levels.
- • Why is the soundbar vibrating after installation?
