Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- • Will these speakers work with my factory stereo?
Yes. They are compatible with most factory and aftermarket head units, although an external amplifier can improve overall volume and sound clarity.
- • Why do the speakers sound distorted when I turn up the volume?
Distortion is usually caused by amplifier clipping, excessive bass boost, or insufficient power from the head unit. Lowering the volume or using a properly matched amplifier can produce cleaner audio.
- • Why is there very little bass after installing these speakers?
Weak bass is commonly caused by reversed speaker polarity or poor sealing between the speaker and its mounting location. Verify the wiring and ensure the speakers are securely mounted to improve low-frequency response.
- • Will these fit my factory 4-inch speaker openings?
They fit many vehicles designed for 4-inch speakers, but fitment depends on your vehicle's make and model. Some installations may require mounting brackets or wiring harness adapters.
- • Why does one speaker cut in and out while driving?
Intermittent audio is typically caused by loose wiring, damaged speaker cables, or poor terminal connections. Inspect the wiring and connectors before assuming the speaker is faulty.
- • Can I connect these to an aftermarket amplifier?
Yes. A properly matched amplifier provides cleaner power and improves overall clarity, volume, and dynamic performance.
- • Why do my dashboard panels rattle after installing these speakers?
The increased output can cause loose dashboard panels or trim pieces to vibrate. Adding sound-deadening material and tightening mounting hardware can significantly reduce unwanted rattles.
- • Do they require a break-in period?
Yes. Playing music at moderate listening levels for several hours allows the speaker suspension to loosen naturally and improves overall sound quality.
- • Why do I hear crackling or popping sounds during playback?
Crackling noises are commonly caused by damaged wiring, amplifier clipping, or a poor-quality audio source. Check your wiring, amplifier settings, and source unit to identify the cause.
- • Are these suitable for everyday listening?
Yes. Their full-range design delivers balanced sound for music, podcasts, audiobooks, and hands-free phone audio across a variety of listening styles.

Superb tiny speakers. Got some crisp and clean sound quality. Can go loud too when cranked up with no fuzz. Good value speakers

got some bright and clear highs. lows are subpar but mids are pretty decent. a good start for an upgrade if you don't want to spend too much.
