  • I have one for almost 2 years, all of a sudden, it just went dead, hit the reset button check the fuse at the back of the reciever, never came back to life. I am now looking for another one to replace it.

  • I've had mine for two years and the lights in the face plate went out again for the second time in two years. I bought it on 4-15-04 and warranty fixed it right before the year was up. Now it has done the same thing again.

  • I bought mine in 10/2003.The face plate has just gone out.Of course it is off warranty. However, I am buying another one. I have been very pleased with it. I have a lot of hours on it. I have not had any problems with the KDC-719 CD changer I bought with it. I have run up and down many dirt roads with it and no skipping. It is a sound product.

  • Very good product. Good sound, features and controls. Only issue is after 2.5 years the wiring harness for the faceplate has worn through. This causes the radio to go dead. It is a bad engineering design because every time the radio is shut off and the faceplate hides into the radio, it put stress on the wiring harness. Should be a manual override to keep the faceplate in the out position.

  • Best Cassette I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. Along with the KDC 719 changer, I haven't had any problems with either in the 2 yrs. I've had it. Awesome sound quality!!
