  • this sub sounds good while it works, but you might have to use the warranty several times in that one year span.

  • I just bought two 10W3v2 in the enclosure that JL makes, powered by a 500 watt JL amp. I am really happy with what I got. I am not too interested in how loud it sounds or how hard it hits, which it does both pretty well. What I am interested in the sound quality. It handles really low bass that I've never heard in any of my other subs. I got a really good deal on it so I am happy.

  • Match these with the right amp and deck and they hit hard and clean. I have it hooked up to a rockford power 501bd and premier deck. The steeper the cutoff the better. Best subs I have heard in a while.

  • I have the JL Audio band pass box with 10W3V2, powering it with RF Power 550, good solid tight bass, been jamming with it for 1 year, no problems. going to replace the 550 with a JL Audio 500 watt mono amp.

  • performs well performs best in a bandpass box with 1/2 plexiglass instead of the normal 3/4. The spaekers hit the hardest on a jl audio mono amp at 1000 watts or 2 500w. Over all a well designed good sounding woofer, gets good attention and plenty of tickets.

  • I have 2 10's in a custom box under the back seat of my silverado. They are powered by a JL 500/1 amp. Let me tell you that these things BUMP! I like how hard they hit, im just concerned with how hard they hit, and my expectations might blow em. They are good though, solid. Would defenitely recommend them. They hit on all levels, whether it be rap, rock, or any other they hit all the notes and do not miss a beat. I Got mine for $150 a piece which was a great deal, if you can find them cheap they are well worth the money spent.

  • WOW! I have never heard better subs. I'm pushing 3 10W3v2-D4's in a custom trunk box using a 1000x1 PPI amp. Great sound quality, but I mixed up quality with power handling and 2 of them fried. I just bought 2 more to replace them and turned down my amp. These are awesome speakers, or else I would not have bought the same ones again, just take it easy on the power gain to the subs and enjoy the quality. (If you want more bass and sound quality isn?t important, buy 12?s).

  • I just had two 8 w3v2's installed between the front seats of my porsche Cayenne Turbo (one pointed to the front and the second to the back) in order to complement my JL components and two 13 w6v2's. They are powered by the JL 250/1 and they are exceptionally tight and punchy and pick up what the 6.5's and the 13.5's miss. They are also a great alternative to the 13's when I have a hangover and the two 13's boom is just too much. All in all, they are nice little speakers. they aren't gonna give you alot of bump, but they are designed for sound quality and at that, they exceed every one of my expectations.

  • If you Have a pontiac Trans-Am, get the Stealth box with this sub and have it professionally installed. a guy at Santa Fe Audio had a custom built stealth box for his T/A with a W6 put in it and my W3 sounded almost as good but my wallet looked bigger for some reason.

  • I purchased this little speaker for only 100 Canadian, New. I am running it off a memphis amp in the extended cab of a small mazda pickup. This isnt the speaker to get noticed, its not overly powerful, however, it is adequte to perfect the base of your system, it is ideal for metal or rock, producing extremely clear lows without vibrating every nut and bolt of the vehicle.

  • I had 2 of these installed in my F-150 extended cab 3 months ago.Already had to ship one off because the lead separated from the speakert to dependable if you ask me.On a tight budget also,so i cannot afford to be doing this all the time.Looking for other brand to replace with in the future.

  • I have two 10w3's in my single cab truck and they sound great to be in a small box in a truck. The sound travels 3/4 of a mile. I'm powering them with a Audiobahn 8002 amp and they sound great with clear quick base. Definitely recommended.

  • I have two 10w3's on a jl 500x1 and focal utopias on a jl 300x2. It sounded great even running it off of my factory deck. I just added the jl clean sweep which makes your factory unit sound unbelievable. JL's amps are the best that I have ever had or heard and subs are worth every penny. You just have to be careful with them especially if you are running them off of jl amps because there amps are way under rated and will push a lot more power than it says.

  • Excellent Sub. Good clean loud bass that hits all the notes. Have two in a standard cab truck powered by a Crunch BlackMaxx amp and they pound. Highly recommended, have never had any problems in the over two years owning them. Got mine at local dealer tho for $150 a sub when buying 2 of them.

  • My (1)JL 10W3v2 in a stealth box is strait TIGHT. It beats out da frame I have a F-150 super crew and i goes perfectly under my back seat cost about $600 for amp and instalation. COSTLY but still the best on the market for the price.

  • Great sound out of this subwoofer. Even running it with only 250W RMS it still can and will rattle my rearview mirror off the windshield mount every time I crank it loud, and it does so while retaining excellent sound clarity. Very hard to beat for the price.

  • I currently have one of these in a ported box and it slams! I have it wired at 4 ohms getting 300RMS from a Kicker KX 600.1 amp and it is almost as loud as my buddies Alpine Type-R 12!! Nobody believes me when I say I only have one 10" in the trunk, until they see it. Even in a ported box, this is perfect! I listen to every genre of music and it always hits clear and clean. JL for life!

  • I had 2 of these running off of the jx series 1000 watt JL amp and they sounded so loud I wasn't sure I'd that was my car in the back of the shop. I surely thought it was a bigger system. This System will turn heads. I have had no problems and the subs have a great look to them. I have also had the JL 12 inch w7 much more powerful and expensive and the two w3's sounded just as good. Def recommend
