Product Reviews For Magellan RoadMate 700

Hi, I bought my Magellan RoadMate 700 (Europe) one month ago. I was very happy when i recieve it, and now... im even more happier. Magellan has a lot of information off the Roads... It has the hard drive 10GB with info, its very easy to use. And this version of Europe comes with a USB cable, AC Power (To use at home), CD, Windshild mounting bracket (very good), Cigarret adapter, etc. In the first days ... and becouse i know the roads of my area well, its was a little bit dificult to "trust" in the GPS, and sometimes i said... "WTF!!? turn right???! ok..." but with time i begin to know that he knows of roads better that me. A very good and easy to use GPS system. If i recommend? I am so happy with this product, most of all because it is portable and very convenient. The sound is very clear and so far it has been very accurate. Great product if you don't feel like going through the trouble of having one installed in your car.

I've been using this thing to navigate post katrina New Orleans. I'm from the city but alot of roads are closed and this thing makes getting around a piece of cake. When I get to a closed road, I turn one way or another and it automatically gives me a new route. Pretty cool stuff.
