essential accessory for the AVIC-N1. i initially bought the pack because of the remote. i use the remote insted of using most of the buttons on the unit and touching the screen. when i am in motion this is a easy, safe, and fast method of using the AVIC-N1. also, the mic is very useful and handy when you cannot touch the screen. it sometimes will not do what you say you want it to do but after awhile you get used to it you find out that it is a very good microphone. the quick functions on the remote also save time rather then going into menu's.
