I have two in my Stealth and they hit like crazy. Beats out JL any day. my rear view mirror keeps fallin off. I have a Boss RT1045 2ch amp pushin 'em.
I have 4 of these in my 2002 gmc yukon.And the bass is so hard hitting and LOUD every time you get in when the system is up it makes you wan't to get out of my truck
I just purchased this speaker and it out performed my two crossfire d.b.3. !I would have never thought 1 kicker would push harder than 2 crossfires. Its the hardest hitting bass i ever heard.
these subs are amazing i have four 12 inch subs with the factory box and i really cant compare them to anything else i have heard
I have two hooked up to a 600watt kicker amp(rated at 750 tho) and these things hit real good. My friend has a 1000watt Fosgate amp with 2-12"-alpine type s subs and 1 pioneer 10" sub. Well to make a long story short, we pulled his three subs and hooked up my 2 cvr's and smoked him ! I wish I had a 1000watts going to the kickers now that I know that they can handle it. Oh yeah, he tried to trade me his subs plus $$ for the cvr's LOL! These are good subs for the price.
I have 2 comp cvr 12's in my 99 sonoma I have beat the hell out of them for three years now and no problems. I have had JL,PUNCH,and ALPINE and blown them all within a year. No one can touch these subs for the price.
I got two of these bridged powered by a Kicker600.1 mono amp. Let me tell you, it is one of the best combinations I have ever heard. These subs have everything you need. Kicker has an amazing way with their products. No questions asked, I would recommend these to anyone!!!
Have mine in a 99 cherokee powered by a Kicker kx600.1 amp and it hits hard. For the price of this sub and amp it is one of the best cheap buys for SPL. The sound quality is there to a decent volume, however when cranked will distort slightly. Will miss a few low rap notes and on fast rock beats it stutters slighty, both at high volumes. Despite the criticsm,for the price of these subs they are an excellent value and great for a starter system. If you were to buy 2 of these, I would not reccomend any amp other than the kx600.1 or the sx650.1
I bought 2 of these for a 04 Monte Carlo, put them in a sealed box on a Audiobahn 8002t anbd they hit hard. I put them in a ported box and they came alive. Then I hooked up my JBL 1200.1 and was very satasfied. They have great sound quality while putting out a lot of spl. Very worth the price.
Great Subs. I have 2 in my 99 F-150 in a sealed box with an audiobahn A8002T 1600 watt amp and a power acoustic 5 farad capacitor and it sounds so clear and loud. you can hear me coming from a mile away

This sub slams the high notes but I think kicker could improve the low notes. Overall this sub is the best on the market for the price. I have been in two competitions and have got a first and second in my category (the reason why lost was because the other guy had 6 12's). I have beaten out 4 diamond 15's. Overall a great quality sub.
Good subs for the money, i have 3 of them wired at 1.3 ohms to a hifonics 1200 watt apm in a custom ported box in my 94 bonneville, cant breath in the back seat, best combination for the least money.
Great subs! Powered by a Soundstream 600.2 amp (which I bought from OCS, the only place I shop for car audio) and I couldn't believe they hit the Lows they did. They are great on hitting every note, but the lows just blew me away. What are you waitin' for? CLICK BUY!
I have only one of these in a slot ported box with about 2.17ft3 airspace. I am very satisfied because this sub hits for only having 400 RMS being powered by a 400W Phoenix Gold mono amp and a cap.
i bought 2 of these for my jeep. the only thing i have to say is... u gotta have em. only spent 160 a piece and im only runnin a 800 watt lanzer amp.
I made a 2.25 cu. ft. slot-ported enclosure for one these bad boys and tuned it to 41Hz. It has alot of output with good smooth sound. Of course being mounted in a ported box helps the SPL side of things. They kind of remind me alot of some of Rockford Fosgates subs as far as the output and sound goes. It has pretty good looks too. Great value!
this is a nice sub i had a jl w6 hooked up to a jl 500/1 and then i used this on the 500/1 and they sounded the same the sound quility didnt seem much different same loud ness and everything i now have 2 l7's but now i think jl subs are a RIPP OFF. Best sud for the money. Get 2 of these and be louder than a jl w6. JL AMPS ROCK!!!!!!
I am telling everybody out there that there is no better sub for the money. I have 2 of these hooked to a hifonics bx1205 amp and these things pound so hard. I would compare these to the JL W0'S.
i have 2 of these in a 1.5 cu ft(each side) sealed box. these speakers slam. im running the autotek sx 2300, putting 900 regulated watts to them and they dont distort. the sound is crazy. these speakers can hold alot more than 4oo watts each4 the money
this sub right here is extremely loud i got two of these in the kicker box from circuit city running of a high end sony amp and this thing is thumping i was heard from about 3 blocks away these are a must buy
I have 4 of these hooked up to 2 MA Audio 1900 watt (1000rms) amps, and they beat the block down. I caught these subs on sale but would have defineatly paid full price. Any one who has spend over say $800 total on your subs, I feel bad for you. Get your hustle on, buy these subs!
Listen...theese subs slam harder than any other sub iver herd and is just right under JL audio for the price you cant beat theese they are nothing but the best KICKER all the way
Man I got 1 of these in my 91 capri, and let me tell u sealed enclosures r they way to go! I have heard ported enclosures and they have horrible sq, but i can lay my phone on the trunk of my car and it jumped 1-2 inches!!! I always new kicker was a good combo between sq and spl, but I was hesitant about only being 800w max, I was baffled @ how much they travel. O yeah I have a Pioneer 7300M 800W max/360W rms and its amazing the quality and spl! BUY!!!!
these subs are great i have 4 in ported boxes with 2 1920 power acoustik amps and my sub contoll is half way up and the bass on the head unit is at -6 and i cant turn it up or my cd player wont play
i have two of these in a huge ported pro box in my gmc ext cab i had to take out the back seat to fit the box, but no one else can match theses two 12's for the money. i have a 1500w mono class d amp on em and they slam hard as hell.
I've had a pair of these subs in several different setups since i got them. First was in the kicker designed ported box they were put in from the factory. They shifted my trunk lid off the weather stripping more than an inch. Kept in the same box they were put in my extended cab Ranger and made everyone literally jump out of the truck they slammed so hard. Next was a sealed box in the same truck, bass felt like a sledge hammer beating your head in. Currently, in a modified design of a kicker SPL box of 2.25 cu.ft. per sub (tuning unsure). Lets just say the back window moves more than any window i've ever seen, and no one will come close to my truck at full volume. I registered 141.3 on the IASCA meter with a bad amplifier and crappy tuning (not that it would have mattered) GET THESE SUBS!!! You won't be disappointed. I plan on get a second pair, running a Kicker amp on each pair in my Ranger in a new SPL box, JL better watch out. haha!
i have one of these subs in a 1998 chevrolet lumina. i have them on a sony explode 800 watt amp and the bass will stand the hairs on the back of your neck up. i can stand outside my car and that one sub on that amp will rattle your britches leg. i recommend these subs to anyone. and as far as the kicker amp trust me you dont need to get it it sounds just as good on my sony.
