Product Reviews For Infinity Kappa 62.7i

  • I bought a pair of these to replace a pair of old Alpine 6-1/2's in my rear deck. Once they were broken in. I noticed a world of difference in sound quality. I would recommend a decent subwoofer to fill in the lows. But these can handle the highs amazingly.

  • I used to have some pioneer 6.5" speakers in my car they were ok, only 180 watts and 50rms and the sensitivity was like 90(yuk)! So now that i was looking to buy new speakers I knew what ratings to look for (ex. rms, sensitivity, and max). When buying car speakers these are the only thinds that matter. So now I got these Infinity's with theses high ratings (sensitivity is 95, rms is 75, and max is 225) believe you me I have notice a big difference in sound quality. Crisp highs, excellent bass and an overall great speaker. I recommend this to anyone wanting to upgrade from stock or other weak aftermarket speakers.

  • I had Infinity Reference 4 x 6's in the front doors of my car and replaced them with these bad boys once I had some pocket change. I'm running 2 pair of these 6 1/2 rounds that are hooked up to a 444 watt amp and also a 450 watt amp to my Infinity Perfect 12.1 subwoofer. All together these speakers throw out soooo much sound so you can hear the words and guitar rips so clearly that people just stop and stare at you. The sub itself is viciously loud, but these speakers allow me to pump out low clean bass and still hear the words to my favorite songs. A must buy if you want people to respect your system..

  • These speakers are excellent and have incredible brightness to bring out all the nuances of your music. they lack in the bass reproduction but they are made with subs in mind, so having subs will cover that task and these can shine. i have 2 and 2 in a 4in with some alpines and a pioneer 7200MP deck. BAMF Sound haha

  • the sound quality is very clear and noticeable compared to my stock speakers. You will need a sub if you like bass though.

  • This is an excellent speaker for the money. The adjustable tweeter is a nice feature. Incredible clarity on the highs, the bass is about average. I put these in the front doors on my 2000 Silverado. Had to drill 4 small holes in the door to mount them correctly. No big deal !

  • I have had these speakers installed in my truck for over a year now, and I must say they are the absolute clearest coax speakers I have heard hands down. I am an electrician and have done many installs, and STILL these speakers continue to amaze me!
