Just got my hands on this and have been using it a couple of days now. All I can say is WOW! The USB port not only supports jumpdrives but Just out of curiosity I plugged a 10 gig portable hard drive into it and it worked! Think of the possibilities. It supports nested directories of mp3 files, and will display both directory name and song names. These same features work when copying mp3 files to a data CD or CDRW disk. JVC has done wonders with the FM recetion on this unit.
Awesome! i cant get over the usb port in the front, its so much better then switching cd's all the time. i love it!
This head unit is amazing, and the USB is great, the ONLY that I don't like about it, is that when the unit is off, it doesn't display the time, you have to push the display button to make it appear for a few seconds, aside from that, it's perfect
Even though I puchased this model used, it works better than the ones I've purchased new in the box!....what I like about this model is the FRONT, REAR, and SUBWOOFER Preouts in the rear....a little easier to run RCAs from the radio, to 4 channel and bass amps!.....the volume button goes all the way up to 50!.... I have a 7 band equalizer, 3 way crossover, 4 channel amp and 3000 watt bass amp together with 4 Eminence doors speakers, 4 bullet tweeters, and 2 Alphasonik 800 Series Subs hooked up with this JVC.....VERY LOUD!!!!
