Product Reviews For Infinity BassLink II

  • I bought one of these and put in the back of my Chevy Avalanche truck, the sub is pretty loud. The quality of the bass is very impresive, overall pretty good. I was amazed at the quality of the sound and deep thump. I listen to R&B and RAP music which carries a lot of bass and I'm not disappointed. It will defenitely shake your windows. Highly recommend the product 5 stars. The Basslink is the right choice at a great price compared to other dealers.

  • I have one of these in my standard cab 02 F-250 (barely fitting behind the seat)with four 6x8 infinity two-ways (kappa 682.7) running off a sound storm 800 watt four channel amp and a pair of infinity 10.7t tweeters. all I can say is WOW!!! The basslink sub is extremely loud for 250 watts... vibrates my rear view mirror pretty good. the mounting system used with this is extremely versitile. beautiful high quality super low basss is all that comes out of this sub. many easy to use features and great looks and small size seal the deal. A very solid buy for rockers...

  • I installed this sub in my 04 Suburban under the second row seat and it is amazing. I have a Pioneer 6600 head unit, pioneer 3-ways in the front doors and kenwood 2-ways in the back doors. I thought since I had a Suburban I would need a bigger system but this is more than enough. I highly recommend this for the value, quality of sound and easy installation.

  • I had one of these hooked up in a hatchback camaro with all infinity kappa perfect speakers and the sound was very nice. The basslink complemented the speakers very well and didn't provide overpowering bass. It hit a wide range of frequencies but didn't do to well on the lower end. But then I sold it to my friend and he had it in his grand am and it hit the lower frequencies it couldn't in my hatchback.

  • I HAVE A 2002 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY AND ADDED THIS SUB TO MY SYSTEM AND WAS QUITE AMAZED AT THE OVER ALL PERFORMANCE. I HAVE A VALOR W703 TOUCH SCREEN,INFINITY REFERENCE 3 WAY COMPONENTS UP FRONT,INFINITY 2 WAY COMPONENTS IN THE REAR AND A ZAPCO 4CH AMP RUNNING THE SYSTEM. I WAS GOING TO GO WITH A CUSTOM BUILT FIBERGLASS ENCLOSURE IN THE REAR BUT NO NEED THIS THING DOES IT ALL AND MORE.

  • This amplified subwoofer is GREAT! I have a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a pioneer 5000ub deck, and didnt want all my trunk space taken up by a big sub system. I got it installed at a sound system store. The installer guy was impressed when he heard it cuz it pounds for its size. It sounds like two 10's or even better. My Friend has two 12's in his ride, and this sub sounds pretty close to his bump. For the low price and the sound quality you should deffenitly go with this sub.

  • I bought this four years ago and has been great. Its been in both of my rangers. Now in my 05 it sounds even better. this time I didn't want to mount it standing up so I moved the brackets an laid it on its side and now it hits much lower and smoother. It now plays louder without the protection circuit kicking in. I would recommend experimenting with the mounting position for best sound. Also the size and shape of your vehicle will have a big impact on the output you get from this. these are probably best for SUVs and cars. But it sounded great in my ext. cab rangers. I have had an issue with the internal wires rattling around against the bass radiator. I had to disassemble the unit and tuck the wires to the sides to stop the noise.

  • I heard one of these at the store, they are ok for the price. Pay a little more for a better system, you'll won't regret it. This is good for bass, but not for good bass.

  • I had this sub for about 3 months now and its a great attribute to my system. I'm running 4x6 Infinity References, 6 1/2 Infinity References in the back, and a Pioneer Premier head unit in my Nissan 240sx Coupe. The sub is not designed to make car alarms go off, or make your heart skip a beat, but for its size, it packs a good punch and will hit all the notes really well. This will also save a lot of room in your trunk if space is a concern. If your a bass head, this isn't for you, but if you like to have your music clear and just right, look no further.
