Just installed these beauties. I replaced all of my factory speakers with MB quart. I have read a lot of good things and they were all right the sound is just amazing those Germans know what they are doing. onlinecarstero ROCKS
Replaced factory 6x9's with these and even tho they're at a higher ohm the highs are so much louder and clearer, and the bass response is deep. This is a low-end version of MB Quart can't imagine how good they're high end brand sounds.
replaced it in my honda 2000 civic from factory and it rocks sound is so clear i am running it at 4 om with a hifonicst 440 watt amp and i love it
I replaced the wimpy 4" rear speakers in my '97 328I with these and boy what an improvement. I had to use 6x9 adapters that I got from BSW, it was a little tricky to get them in but I am extremely pleased with the results. What an improvement!
Bought a pair of these to replace a pair of audiobahn speakers in my '03 voyager. Just installed them today and I'm impressed and I've yet to tweak the amp settings on them. I will be replaceing my other pair of speakers with these. MB Quart has made me a believer in them.
Mounted in the door of Grand Caravan and well sealed. Bass extension is impressive with very little tubbyness in the 100-160hz range. midrange is reasonably smooth and present. Highs are detailed but do not take eq real well. Tweeter starts sounding disconnected from the whole of the music and can go alittle trashy if you push the hi's a lot. Still, very happy at the sound for the price and there are more expensive mb quarts for the more refined wallets.
