Just bought this subwoofer a week ago, and this thing pounds! It hits for like a great-sounding 12" than 8". It hits with pure accuracy, and the lower-extension is outstanding. It cost a bit much, but you get a lot out of it.
man have this in a custom ported enclosure in a 99 ext cab silverado. switched from a 10w6v2 and believe me this thing hits. sometimes i dont believe this is a 8
i have 2 of this little monters 500rms 3 Ohm each and i cant belive how deep get, the touch every single note with such precision. switched from 2 Kicker 08S12L72 the best sub you can get for $330
Forget 10's, 12's, and larger. I have 2 8w7's in 2cf^ after displacement on a PPI d3000/1 (1200+ @ 1.5)if you want MORE for a daily you just wanna lose your hearing. LOUD LOW and most importantly I STILL HAVE MY TRUNK AND SPARE
Had some kicker L7s switched to these and right away you can tell your getting quality sound out of them. They hit cleanly
