This amp is well worth the money. It's hard working and lower power draw makes it perfect. I run a BXI2608D amp and a Hifonics ZXI 4406 Multi-Channel amp and I have a great sound for the money. It is clean and clear at any volume it has never dissapointed me. I have tried to push it to it's limits and punish it as much as I can just to see what it could and would do it just kept on going and performing. So it is a great buy and WELL worth the money.
This amp is great and powerful. I have two of those hooked up to two hifonics XXV Olympus 2412. It sound so loud and kicks so hard that the power just keeps on going. The sound quality is actually really good and never runs out of steam. It's really a good amp,if you are looking for a D-Class Amplifier this is the one. You will be so satisfied to have something at that level.Well worth the money you pay for it.
What a deal on this amp. I have this amp powering a 15inch fi btl in a 04 grand prix. Very loud and pounds harder than my buddys 4 L7s with same amp both at 2 ohms. Very underated amp and expensive, but not on OCS, got it for a good deal. Thanks OCS!!
i just bought this and i have no problems with it im running two cewin vega stokers pros and there rated 2000 rms each and i got this amp at 1200 a peace right now at 1 ohm its been working great right now it warms up about 15 mintues of use, but nothing to warm i want to buy another one for my car, it looks great sounds great works great sooooo far!!!! if it brakes ill be writing another review lol
This Amp is what you call a monster. I had the 1200 Hifonics mono first and that was crazy does not drop it's quality at all but now with the BXi 2608D I shake the ground 20 feet away you feel the vibration in the ground the front of my truck roof dent and straighten when my volume at 3 my rear view jumps on the glass-one comes next to me when my volume is on 3 they stay about 15 to 20 feet away in traffic. I'm pushing two 15 one eternal and one fostgate HX2 in a custom box I built i have too much equipment in my truck to tell you my complete set up. Let's just say, you hear every note,first you hear me then you feel me then you see me,ONE.
I have 4 of these on 4 15" BTL's nuff said! Sundown can stay down lol! These amps for the oney will eat Sundown and Stetsom all day long, Hifonics 25 years of kicking other amps to the curb.
i have the 2608 on 3 mtx 8500 15s and it beats the hell out of erything. very pleased with the performance and pricing of the amplifier
MAN Does this AMP POUND!!!! i have 2 sets of jl audio component speakers and 2 L7 15 in the back of my 99 tahoe in a custom box and.....Damn this shit pounds 1st had an almani S7 "3500" watt amp @ 1 ohm pushing mybe 1200 rms sounded shitty even with the custom box but w da BRUTUS 2608 u cant go wrong the sound quality/volume between the 2 is like night and day and the almani is more expensive!! Hifonics all the way!!!(by the way jl components suck but for a 4 channel the zeus 4406 is the way to go Hifonics amps r just CLEAN power!!!!

This is a great affordable amp ive got 2 of these pushin 2 orion hcca 15.4 and WOW! they pound like crazy....and mine are only pushing 1700 watts a piece a 2ohms..... very reccomended...and Brian from indiana your gonna need at 2 bxi2608d's like that ur amps are gonna run smooth and ur subs will have all the power they need
my friend got one of these on 4 lanzar 12's at 2ohm and its pushin them to the limit!!! this amp is very under rated.. i got the 1600.1 hifonics on 4 power acoustic 12's and they're hittin but can handle more power so i'ma get this amp.. def the best i ever heard.
Hey Brian from Indiana, this thing will push you pioneers, no problem. Check the specs on your subs, they are rated for 1000 wats RMS. This amp will put about 700 to each in 1 ohm series. Trust me, that will be more than ample. This amp like all Hifonics amps I have had over the years is rated more conservatively than you would think. I have its' little brother 2008D pushing 2 MTX 10s, it is AWESOME! Loud when you want it and sonic clarity (SQ) too. Maybe that is more on the subs...
I have 2 of this amp on 4 premier tsw3001d4 on my sc400 slapin hela hard my trunk moves from side to side u can't stand being in da car pol think I got 4 to 6 15s day hit super hard....

I JUST REPLACED A KICKER 1500.1 WITH AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THIS AMP IS A BEAST IT WILL PUSH THE 2 L7 KICKER SQUARES ALL DAY LONG WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL. MY 1500.1 KICKER WOULD NOT DO SINCE ITS NOT 1 OHM STABLE IT WOUL TURN OFF ON ME SO THI IS THE WAY TO GO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR 1 OHM STABLE POWER EVEN IF HAVE MORE THAN 2 L7 SQUARES.
all you people talk like you think you even no 1 thing about car audio...Let me tell you when i read these reviews a giggle.body here shakes the ground or peels paint off there car..scott owens doesnt even do those things...And he has reached 180.1 on a termlab..When any of you posers want to learn a thing or 2 about car aduio come to the12volt and learn a thing or 2
Great amp very powerful just make sure you upgrade you alt and get a battery for the back to feed it power, this amp runs very cool and is pretty small for the power it puts out great amp.
I have this amp running 2 hifonics olympus 12s.. they are arated for 1600rms each.. this amp makes them pound. THE BEST AMP FOR THE MONEY. Ive owned 3 different hifonics class d monoblocks, the hfi1500d the hfi2000d and now this.. Ive never had one break. My 2000d is 3years old and has never went into protect.. even though i ran 3 dual 4 pioneer premires on it.. at 2ohm each thats .66 ohms.. I have already had this bxi at .66ohms and it ran it with no issues, cut offs. you want a quality, powerful, amp, without spending a fortune? buy a hifonics
