  • I have a pair of these 10s in my car, and for the money they are simply HARD TO BEAT!! I have been asked if I have a pair of 12's,, and when I open my truck people cant believe their eyes,, those are 10'S?? they all ask,, these 10's ROCK!

  • I have a Hifonics Txi 4008 putting power to a pair of these in a sealed SQ210 box. Thats not even their full rms rating and they sound incredible and hit hard. Better than some Pioneer, MTX, and JL setups I've heard and for less money. What a deal! I got all that for less than what best buy wants to charge for the subs themselves. Customer service here is great too.

  • This sub will take quite the beating. i had the opportunity to test on of my frineds and i was impressed for such a small sub. if done right a few of these could make a mean setup. only drawbac with this sub is the smaller outer surround and cage depth. can't reach those intensely low 18 - 20 hz tones without risk of damage. Very Good Value Sub.

  • this sub is overated RF amp pushing 175w at 4ohms blew it up lucky it was'nt 2ohms or it would be twice the power. sub only 8 months old. it was in a custom alpine ported enclosure. Amp blew up original alpine sub also. not even pushing nominal watts let alone max. If you buy sub take 100watts off of nominal or you will be sorry.

  • I don't have these personally but installed them in a friends Honda S2000 with the alpine monoblock amp that puts out 500x1 @ 2 ohms the subs are wired together parallel at 2 ohms. These subs hit so hard, the guy that wrote a bad review on these underpowered the shit out of them and blew them up they take 250 RMS and handle it well, he was giving it about 60% what it takes, you'll destroy a sub quicked underpowering it then overpowering it.

  • For the price, this is an incredible sub. Hits low notes very well, quick response, great power handling, great for a system on a budget. Put this into a 94 S-10 Blazer, and added a whole new level to my system.

  • I Just Put 2 Of These 10" Alpine Type E Subs In My 2008 Dodge Avenger, Pushing It With An 1800 Watt Mono Kenwood Amp. These Subs Hit Very Hard. I'll Be Buying My Third One From This Site Considering I Paid More Than Twice The Amount That This Site Lists Them At.

  • i just bought two of these. hooked them up to a crunch 1100.2, banged hard for about 2 days then the wire coming from the connector to the cone came off on the first one, had it re soldered and in the same day it came back off and the second sub did the same thing so i got two days out of them but they did hit while they were hitting

  • i have one of these with an orion 800 watt amp. im only pushing it at abot 400 watts which is a little over half of the the max for these things. people cant believe that i have one little ten in the back seat of my truck when i pull up. good tip for anyone that wants a great system keep all speakers you get for car audio in the same brand. they are built to sound best when together. i have a set of 5x7 and 6x9 hooked up to my alpine radio. SOUNDS AMAZING

  • I just put one of these in my girlfriends truck in a sealed under the seat box. This sub sound amazing!!! I honestly couldnt believe it was one little ten when i fired it up. I dont even have the alpine 500 watt mono amp turned halfway up and it already rattles the headliner and the back glass:) All i can say is that its a great sub to use if your limited on space and wanting a great sound in your rig. Just keep in mind that its not gonna make the hair stand up on your head, or blow the windshield out. But it sounds great and feels great for that good bass sound:) i highly recomend.

  • Put two of these under the back seat of my Ram 1500 with an Alpine M600.1 pushing them in parallel. Sound is unbelievable. Hits hard but clear as a belle. Highly recommend this setup for anyone looking for high volume sound without massive distortion.

  • I listen to jazz, blues, alternative, rap, everything except polka, screamo, and country. 2 of these powered with a 1st gen 225 hcca @ 15.2v, in 1.25 cu. ft. each, ported @ 20 hz, and am absolutely blown away. As far as the rest of my system, I have AuraSound NS6 mids that I paid $36 for, and original motorola piezo tweeters that I paid about $30 for. My mids are in .3 cu. ft. with a peerless 5.25 passive radiator, high-passed at 75 hz., and the piezo's have 56 ohm series resistors, 10 ohm parallel resistors, and 2.2 ufd caps to cross them over at roughly 6.5k. My hcca says 50wrms, my old-school sony booster/eq says 50w max. I am getting about 400 to the subs, and thanks to rebuilding the amp section of my equalizer with tda8920 amp chips, and using a dc/dc converter to feed them 28v, I am getting about 37x4 at way less than 1%thd. My Galaxy S4 is my head unit, going to a clarion 4 band peq, then a volume control to the eq/amp. If you can understand a basic electrical circuit, get a decent battery/capacitor like ocs sells that can take 16v, put it with your amps, run a 4,6, or 8 ga. from it to your alternator, not your car battery. Look online for a high current stud diode, and put it between your stock battery charging wire, and the battery somewhere after teaching yourself enough to not mess it up. The diode will drop the voltage going to your battery, your alternator will up it's output voltage to compensate, and ta-da! you have about 15.5 volts going to the battery by your amps. I take no responsibility if you mess this up. A couple volts can make a huge difference in output.
