They Sound Clean and Loud !

I own 5 pairs of these, as well as a pair of PPS4-10s and a pair of PPS4-6, so yeah, I like them. They are loud and clear, louder and clearer than anything else I've owned. The frequency response is considerably above what is rated, which for the 8s is around 4kHz. They won't distort even at very high SPLs. For the money, they are better than anything else in the price range, and this site always has them for the lowest price. These are what you want for mid-bass. While they aren't slender, they are no deeper than comparable models, but make sure you check the top mount depth will work with the space you have, especially if you are installing them in doors.

I don't have enough good things to say about this speaker. It is louder and clearer than any other 8" speaker I've listened to. It sounds like some 10s and 12s'. In the right cabinet it is phenomenal.
