Order Online
Go to WWW.ONLINECARSTEREO.COM and search for the product you want to purchase. You will have several payment options to choose from. You can opt to pay through your credit card or paypal. If you prefer to pay in installment, we have payment options thru Progressive leasing or Affirm which allow you to choose the best payment scheme for your budget.
Order Processing
Once your order goes thru, the Onlinecarstereo team will verify your payment and check if the product you ordered is available in the warehouse; or a Special Order and needs to be requested from the manufacturer. This is typically done within the day. If the product is available, your order is forwarded to the warehouse for pulling and packaging. Otherwise, your order will be processed and you will be notified once we receive delivery and ready to ship the item to you.
Item Pulling and Packaging
Your order is forwarded to the warehouse for product pulling and packaging once it is determined that the product is available in the warehouse. We always strive to keep you packakge safe and secure by packaging your orders with quality standards to prevent it from being damaged during transit. These are sealed and tamper proof to avoid mail theft.
Item Ready For Shipping
We always try to ship your order/s within the day and the latest in 2 days. Depending on the size and value of the order, we use courier services from UPS, Fedex and USPS. Onlinecarstereo provides FREE REGULAR GROUND SHIPPING on ALL orders. You will be provided with a tracking number once the shipping label has been generated. Use this tracking number to see the status of your package and know when to expect delivery.
In-Store Pickup (Optional)
If you are located in the Southern California area, you also have an option to pickup your order/s in our shops in Long Beach or Wilmington. Once you place the order, call us at 310-526-8635 and select which store you would like to pickup.
