Worked great at first but the mids and tweeters blew quick only used as a mid and highs stage on 50watts rms ,might be best suited for running off a factory headunit or a after market one but be careful on what you push to them these seem touchy
These are much better than the speakers I had before, the cardboard cone type. I don't have much else to compare them to and I definitely can't find anything wrong with them. I can crank up the tunes and they don't distort, mind you I'm not talking about hearing loss volume, but loud enough to drown out any road noise in my old Volvo 240.
Fantastic speakers for the price! Bought 2 pair of these in my 2007 Jeep Patriot, to replace the factory door speakers, and purchased the wire harnesses from Crutchfield for 20.00. I installed all 4 of these by myself (im a girl :) in less than 30 min! They sound fantastic. Great Highs and Mids and put out alot of bass for 6x9's. They will sound even better when i get an after market head unit an amp and a sub. But for just replacing the POS factory speakers, these are definitely the best speakers on the market for the price! Highly suggested!
I have these in my Camry for more than a month now and I’m so happy with how things have been. Very crisp and clear sound. Very satisfied with the quality of these speakers. Might lack a little bit of bass but its alright.
