- • Will this roof fit my Can-Am Defender MAX?
It is designed for 2017 and newer Can-Am Defender MAX models. Limited MAX models require the separate door hinge kit for installation.
- • Why is the audio not loud enough?
The system uses a 600-watt four-channel amplifier for the five speakers. Check the source gain and audio settings before changing the amplifier setup.
- • Why does the sound distort at high volume?
Excessive source gain or a distorted audio signal can cause clipping. Lower the source level and adjust the gain settings for cleaner playback.
- • Why does the subwoofer sound weak?
Incorrect audio settings or source levels can affect the subwoofer output. The crossover is factory optimized, so avoid changing its setting.
- • Why won't my phone connect through Bluetooth?
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and search for “WETSOUNDSMC2” on your device. If pairing fails, disconnect other Bluetooth devices and try again.
- • Why aren't the RGB speaker lights working?
The RGB lighting depends on the included rocker switch and proper wiring. Check the connections and power supply if the grille lighting does not respond.
- • Why did the speakers or amplifier suddenly stop working?
A blown fuse or power connection can shut down the audio system. Check the appropriate fuse and replace it only with the same amp rating.
- • Can I add more speakers later?
The roof includes an expansion slot for the optional AR-AMP 2CH amplifier. It can power compatible RECON 6, ICON 8, or REV 8 pod speakers.
- • Why does the volume change between different audio sources?
Different sources can produce different output levels. Use the source gain adjustment to balance volume between inputs.
- • Can the roof handle rain, dirt, and off-road use?
The roto-molded construction is designed for outdoor environments and rugged powersports use. Proper installation is still important to prevent water or heat-related damage.
