- • Why won't the speaker connect to my phone?
Make sure Bluetooth mode is active and the speaker is discoverable. Clearing previously paired devices and reconnecting can resolve pairing problems.
- • Why is there no sound after connecting?
Check the volume on both the speaker and connected device. Also verify that the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and the correct audio source is selected.
- • Why does the battery drain quickly at high volume?
Higher output levels use significantly more battery power. Battery life can be much shorter at high volume than during normal or background listening.
- • Why won't the speaker turn on?
Check the battery charge level and make sure the battery is properly installed. A depleted or improperly installed battery can prevent normal operation.
- • Why does the speaker keep disconnecting from Bluetooth?
Distance, interference, or another paired device can interrupt the connection. Move closer to the speaker and reconnect after clearing unwanted Bluetooth connections.
- • Why isn't the speaker charging?
Check that the included power supply is connected properly and the charging port is dry. A completely depleted battery may require charging before normal operation.
- • Can I use it around water without damaging it?
Yes, when properly configured. The battery must be correctly installed and the rubber charging-port cover must be fully closed to maintain the IP67 protection.
- • Why isn't the sound coming from multiple speakers?
Additional units must be connected as SKAA satellites through the hub speaker. Check the SKAA mode, bonding process, and app connection settings.
- • Why does the speaker suddenly go into sleep mode?
Power-saving settings can place the speaker into a low-power state after inactivity. Check the power mode settings if you want it to remain active.
- • Why aren't the lights or lighting effects working correctly?
Check the Lighting FX controls and battery level. The lighting settings can also be changed through the Wet Sounds SKAA CMD app.
