Shipping Policy

At Online Car Stereo we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost. Calculating out shipping rates is simple: for all 48 contiguous United States orders over $49, UPS Ground shipping is free!

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (Please see below). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
• 3 Day Service $29.00 per item
• 2 Day Service $39.00 per item
• Next Day Air $65.00 per item

Note: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States

Please note:
• All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
• Orders are not processed during the weekend or federal Holidays.
• Shipping rates may increase for items that are considered by the carrier as oversized, overweight, or require special handling of any kind.

Processing of Orders
The majority of our listed products are in-stock and ready to ship, in fact, over 90% of all orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days. A few of our listed items are special order, or built-to order, as is the case with some subwoofer enclosures, and require additional processing and shipping time. Alternative Shipping address (Risk management) There is no problem shipping to a different address other than the billing; however this will delay processing time due to verification procedure. This extra processing time is to protect our customer’s from online fraud.

Address Intercept
Once a package has left the facility and processed if customer request a change in shipping address NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS must be listed as an alternative address with your credit card / Bank. There will be a reroute fee; the amount of the fee varies according to the shipping carrier and the destination of the package.

Shipping Disclaimer Standard delivery time is for domestic shipments and average from 3-6 business days. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. We will not guarantee shipments that are delayed due to an act of god (ex: weather), a catastrophic event, or failure by our delivery partners. Delays can happen if incorrect billing or shipping information is given and results in your order being delayed to its destination. We cannot guarantee delivery if no one is available to sign for shipment when delivery attempt is made if a signature is required.

SHIPPING POLICY DISCLAIMER:

We are not responsible for lost packages left by the carrier. If you will not be home to receive the package/s we recommend for you to have the package held at a UPS or USPS hub station for pick-up. You will need to request once order has been placed. Please be aware that we will send an email with tracking number that you can track online and get a delivery date.

UPS Standard Ground

• Normally 3 - 8 business days
• Orders over $49 - FREE
• Orders $49 or less - $11.95 per item
• Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days

UPS Three Day Ground

• Normally three (3) business days
• Shipping Rate - $29.95 per item
• Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Three Day Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days

UPS Second Day Air

• Normally two (2) business days
• Shipping Rate - $39.95 per item
• Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Second Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days

UPS Next Day Air

• Normally one (1) business day
• Shipping Rate - $65.00 per item
• Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Next Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day.

P.O. Boxes in the US - USPS Priority Delivery

• Normally 5 - 10 business days
• Shipping Rate - $29.00 per item
• Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority Service, but some restrictions apply.
• You can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 full business days

Military APO / FPO Addresses - USPS Parcel Post Delivery

• Shipping Rate - $29.00 per item
• Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority Service, but some restrictions apply.
• Shipping rates may increase for items that are considered by the carrier as oversized, overweight, or require special handling of any kind.

The following items cannot be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at this time:

1. over 70 lbs.
2. freight-only items
3. flammable items

Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

• Normally two (2) business days
• Shipping Rate - $80.00 per item
• All orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are shipped via UPS Second Day Air service

Canada

• Normally 3 - 8 business days
• Shipping Rate - $45.00 per item
• Most items may be shipped to Canada via UPS Standard Ground service
• You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days
• * Brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery. Onlinecarstereo.com does not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please inquire with local customs authorities for more information regarding applicable fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only. Onlinecarstereo.com cannot refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.

* Refusing a package without prior approval from our customer service department will result in double shipping charges. If your order was shipped for free you’ll be charged double the rate of our standard ground shipping.
