These pioneer speakers are very good . i also have some rockville RM84PRO speakers and although they sound very good too , the pioneers can reproduce higher frequencies and so they sound a little better when playing the higher notes in my opinion . they appear very well made also and onlinecarstereo's price was lower than any i saw on ebay or amazon
Pairing these mids with a more powerful amp, like one from Pioneer, would likely bring out their best performance. With their 8-inch size and power, they feel robust enough for any vehicle. A fantastic addition, especially if you're running a 3-way setup.
outstanding mids for the price. works great with my Kicker tweeters and sub. had to replace my massive audio 8 inch mids and I don't plan on looking back anymore. have it run with a 300 watt amp or more powerful than that. you'll be surprised how great is sounds when you push them with much power
