Alpine does it again! I've been using Alpine since 1998, and this one has to be my all time favorite!! I purchased a Kenwood DMX1057XR, but immediately returned it after finding it wouldn't dim and was way too bright at night. The Halo9 allowed the unit to dim enough so it wasn't overbearing. OCS return was easy and fast!
Great looking stereo but for an old guy, the learning curve is not too good for me. Too many features still to learn and I asked my son how to navigate on it. What I like the most is that my speakers sounded better with it and the screen is pretty large. Makes things easier to see.
This stereo gives me more than what I need, which is the wireless carplay. It feels like a luxury gear with all the features, but the price can also be steep. Screen is huge, and is pretty responsive too. Best gift for my car
