Now i dont know if any of you have ever heard the previous HCCA subs, Im telling you, even the W7/MTX9500/DiamondD9 and even kickerL7s have nothing on these sub, this is a pure SPL subs and has a descent SQ to it,respectfully. If your more into LOUD, I mean LOUD music, put 1 or 2 of these in a ported slot, you'll be not only heard from at least 1 or 2 KLM away, you'll be felt from 400 feet away approaching the intersection, as well as shaking the houses ans apartments lining the streets as you pass by. As a present owner of the previous series 10D(1999)they still bang as hard as they did the first week i bought them, heads still turning as I approach them and still hitting well over the 150db mark on just these 2 10s,seriously people Orion invented the superwoofer, dont be fooled by cheap celebrity endorsingand marketing, LOOK ORION UP ON THE WEB, DO SOME SERIOUS RESEARCH. orion is the only why to go.

if youre looking for a sub that will pound...this is the one... I have this hooked up to a hcca 5000...foreal..and it take every watt and uses it to its fullest potential...clean and super loud...and the price...c,mon try find a better woofer than this..

System: 4 Orion HCCA10.2 wired 1 Ohm on a Hifonics Maxximus, 3 deep cycle lead batteries, 250HO Alternator, 2 18 Farad Caps. Vented enclosure tuned to 32Hz. Whilst testing my system I had my car in the garage (poor car - Mustang 08). Blew windows, unlatched boot and trunk, broke the suspension and also broke some pictures in my house, and created cracks in the brick and broke some windows. Not even at full volume and an SPL of 165dB. Orion hands down create unbelievably RIDICULOUS subs. You think JL, RF and Kicker are the shit, they aren't. I got my mustang fixed and reinforced and managed to sit in my car with some ear mufflers on. I turned the system on and couldn't breathe and couldn't feel my heart beat. This is the real deal, if you want the best go with Orion. I have worked with other brands and this is EXCELLENT at this price. Want to go a notch further try some DDs but even then, these can match DD 10s and possibly out perform them. Alan Dante has had 3 DD 10s go at 181dB in an SUV though.

i have nothing but good news to report on this sub. i am a real customer, won't profit any from the things that i'm about to say about this sub. i have owned 15s, 12s and 10inch subs. i have put this hcca 10inch sub, i'll say it again 10inch sub thru the worst of punishments. i cannot make this sub bottom out. i am running only one of these in my vehicle and if you didn't know that you would think i was loaded down with subs. the excursion on this thing is rediculous. i am very pleased with my purchase of this sub. oh, yes you will see this review on other sites because orion did in once again with the hcca subs.

I have two of these running off a pair of SSL-3600 amps. I am only minimally impressed. I wont blame the sub though. I find the fault with the amps. I like the excurion and very beefy chassis and magnets. Being able to purchase and field install/repair if something were to go wrong(unlikely) with them is definitely a plus and worth the money. Orion's specifications state they play from 30-150hz I think. I would liked them to be rated slightly lower and higher, maybe 15 or 20hz upto about 250hz or so. Hope it helps.

i have to of these and they r the the best sub i have owned i use to have 2 13inchjlw7 in my jeep and they subs kill them big apple music in upstate ny sells over priced jls just on 2 jl 13 it cost me 1500 so be carefull on what u buy dont make a 1500 dollar mistake

This is hands down the best subwoofer ever made. I have just ONE of these 10's on a 2003 orion 1200d( before being bought by directed) The amp puts out a bench tested 1492 rms and this 10 handles it all day long. I would recommend this sub over ANY sub on the market no question. I hit a 141.3 on TL with a single 10 that is amazing... stock alternator with a kinetik hc600 battery running it. BUY THIS SUB( OR 2) IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A REAL SUB!!!

BEST subwoofer i have ever had hands down. The only thing i can compare to it sq and spl wise is the re audio xxx(that ive heard) im sure there are others out there but i have had w7's t2's 9500's and none compare to this. Had to take off my spoiler(finish what the hcca started) because it rattled the screws out and broke my brake light on the spoiler. 5 stars all the way!!!

it cost 600 for the sub it self but how much does it cost for an amp for it. Because that thing has got some power.

Best sub ive ever owned have one hcca10.2 on RF T-1600 at 1ohm turned all the way up! It beats the block down. I love when people ask how many 12's i have and i get to tell them its only 1 ten. Lol seriously best BANG for your buck.
