The CompVX 12-Inch Subwoofer is a 4Ω dual voice coil design, making it easy to get most out of your amp. The CompVX's® basket is cast aluminum with motor-cooling perimeter venting and spring-loaded terminals that can accept up to 10-gauge wire, so when you run hundreds of watts to this sub, it gives you loud, distortion-free bass. The CompVX 12-Inch Subwoofer works best with a sealed or ported enclosure and 750 watts of recommended power.

I have one of these in the back of my extended cab ford ranger. I normally don't like kicker products but this thing hits really hard in a 2.25 ported box, with an old school punch 600.1 amp. Minus the really low bass, this sub is very impressive.
I really recommend these subs. I have 2 wired at 1 ohm in an ext silverado. I got Hifonics 1600 pushing them and they rattle the roof!!!! I busted my sealed box twice but now I have a ported one! Great buy!
I got one of these for my wife's Mazda 3 hatch, with the kicker 750x1 D class amp.Holy Shit! at less than half gain it wants to blow the doors off. This sub will not disappoint.
Have 1 of these so far (with 1 of my old cvr's) hooked up to a Hifonics BXI 1206D at 1 ohm in a ground shaker slot ported box and it pounds hard and has some clean hitting lows. plan on getting another one after i upgrade my highs. great buy/combination
Have one CVX hooked up in my 350z Nissan with a ZX750.1 Kicker mono channel. I highly recommend this sub. The low's hit ridiculously. The CVX is by far worth the money and you will recieve great satisfaction from it!
I have two of these in a sealed box with a hifionics brz2100.1d at one ohm and a Rockford fosgate 360 line driver and they sound amazing, and hit really hard. Only have the amp a quarter way up. I highly recommend them.
got two these at 1ohm on a d class hifonics 1500 watt amp in my nissan maxima. these subs hit so hard my sunroof sounds like a machine gun when i turn em up. completely satisfied had two kenwood twelves and blew em to hell and back, great subs worth every penny used to think kicker was all hype true believer these days!!!!!!!
I have two of these in a small custom sealed box by JD probox running off a hifonics Brutus elite 1700.1 yellow top in the back. They hit pretty hard in my Cadillac but I think I'm gonna go with 2 more lol totally satisfied with the cvxs
