Handling Power:
I had a budget set for my system and saw this amp for 89.99 did some research on brand and quality overall it seem fair and the price for a 1200.4 channel amp was unbeatdable. got the package on time along with cap, wiring kit and eq all bought from this website. took it to Best Buy to have my system install.the installation went good, i stay there the whole time to see what they were doing. the time came to power on car and test the amps. Puff the amp smoked out, didn't even get to listen to it. returned for warranty to online car stereo. they told me it will take 6-8 weeks to fix or replace and ship back. My review is based on that expirence, maybe i got a defective amp who knows. But my opinion do yourself a favor and spend the extra 50-100 more and get yourself a Pioneer, Alpine, Hifonics or rocker fosgate. get something CCE approved and don't waste your time , money and disapointment buying cheap amps stay away from Boss, Pyle, Lanzar and of course Palnet audio. My system now is 2 MTX Roadthunder encloser 500rms power by a Pioneer 8601 at 2ohm pushing 500rms set amp half and the bass is stupid loud the trunk in my town car wants to pop open, 4 6x8 pioneer 4way being push by a 750 watt pioneer 4 channel amp a Clairon eq , soundstream cap and wirring kit for both amps and 4 Pioneer tweeter being push by the Pioneer head unit. when i get the palnet audio amp i might install it in my wife's car. i'll change my review once i get it and try it out again. but for now in my opinion buy a CCE approved.
